Terms of Use

The short version

SoloDeck is a tool to watch and manage your own miners and pool stats. It isn't your pool, your wallet, or your hardware vendor. Use it on equipment you own or are authorised to manage, double-check anything important against the source, and remember that mining outcomes are never guaranteed.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using SoloDeck (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What SoloDeck is

SoloDeck is a home-mining monitoring and convenience app. It reads publicly available statistics from mining pools using the wallet addresses you enter, communicates with mining hardware on your local network to display status and apply settings you choose, and can send optional push alerts. SoloDeck is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any mining pool, hardware manufacturer, exchange, or coin project.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use SoloDeck only with mining equipment and wallet addresses you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Enter accurate addresses and device details — stats are only as correct as the information you provide and the data the pool or device returns.
  • Keep your device and local network secure. Control actions you trigger (such as changing a pool or work mode) are sent to your hardware over your network and are your responsibility.
  • Comply with the terms of any pool, manufacturer, or coin network you interact with through the app.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Mining is probabilistic. Hashrate readings, "luck", block odds, best-share progress, and any other figure shown in SoloDeck are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to pool APIs, network conditions, or device behaviour. SoloDeck does not promise that you will find a block, earn any reward, or achieve any particular result, and nothing in the app is financial advice.

5. Third-party services

The app relies on services it doesn't control, including mining pool APIs, CoinGecko for prices, Apple (and, in future, Google) for push delivery and payments, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

6. Subscriptions

SoloDeck offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Pricing is shown in the app and billing is handled by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.

7. Donations

Any cryptocurrency donation you choose to send is voluntary, non-refundable, and grants no feature, entitlement, or obligation. On-chain transactions are irreversible — please verify the address before sending.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use SoloDeck to access devices or accounts you aren't authorised to use, to interfere with the app or its services, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the notification or pool infrastructure.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use SoloDeck at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloDeck and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of mining rewards, revenue, data, or hardware availability, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
